Joining the Hive
We’re so glad you’re interested in being part of The Lanc Co Hive Directory! Our goal is to create a community-centered resource for families in Lancaster County.
We are committed to building a directory that uplifts local providers, helps families find the care they need, and creates meaningful connections across Lancaster County.
By joining the Hive, you’re not just adding your name to a list — you’re becoming part of a community resource designed to serve families and support one another.
To keep the directory strong and supportive, we ask all providers to meet these simple criteria:
Inclusion Criteria
Local & Relevant – You serve families in Lancaster County with services connected to women, baby, and family health and wholeness.
Trained & Professional – You hold training, certification, or licensure appropriate to your field and practice within your professional scope.
Inclusive & Respectful – You are committed to offering compassionate, respectful care for all families regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Accurate & Up-to-Date – You agree to keep your directory information current and to represent your work honestly.
Choosing whether a business fits the scope of the Hive can sometimes be subjective. In these cases, we may seek input from a few trusted colleagues as an informal advisory panel to help guide decisions.

Upgraded Listing
Everything in the Basic Listing, plus:
$13/month, 3-month minimum = $39
Photo (logo, headshot, or service image)
Short blurb/description (~100–150 words)
Featured in social media spotlights (about once a month)
Priority placement in your service category
Rotating “Featured Business” spotlight on the Hive homepage
Opportunity to contribute a guest blog post (some guidelines exist)

The Hive is designed to grow through shared community support. To help us spread the word (and ensure your listing gets seen), upgraded providers agree to:

Share your Hive spotlight post when you’re featured.
This small effort helps us build momentum together so the directory becomes a powerful tool for families and providers alike.
