The Climb 2025
The Climb is a community event to raise awareness and education about perinatal mental health, reduce the stigma, and offer resources that are available for families. This year’s theme is “Trunk or Treat!” Come visit each trunk for Halloween fun and resources: vote for your favorite trunk!

You're invited to Building Your Mom Village, a free community conversation for moms of young kids or those expecting.
Join us for a free, one-hour discussion using 'I Was Told There'd Be a Village' by Melissa Wirt as inspiration to share stories and connect with other moms.
This event is designed for you to show up as you are, no matter how tired or messy life feels. You don’t need to read the whole book to participate—just come ready to listen and share.

The team at Luz Medicine wants to bring MORE to everyone in Lancaster County! More knowledge, more health, more healing! In this spirit, we are hosting the first ever "Connections in Women's Health" event this fall. Connections is designed for anyone who may ever have had a female hormone health issue, wants to keep their health strong, and the caring professionals who work with them.
What to expect:
- Informational sessions on pelvic floor physical therapy, irregular cycles, PCOS, perimenopause, endometriosis
-The opportunity to meet and talk with Ob/Gyns, other women's health medical professionals, mental health therapists, physical therapists, midwives, etc.
- Plenty of time to network with like minded individuals and professionals who care about hormone health and healing from a holistic, comprehensive approach
